Here's what others have been saying about Barch:

I began doing the online training with Alan about one year ago. He helped me out so much. I was a girl that was athletic but needed help putting my skills together and being pushed to improve.  I lacked confidence in what I was doing and wasn’t sure how to perform most of the lifts anyway.  Alan made things so easy.  Everything was written out for me.  I knew what days to lift heavy, when to sprint and do plyos, when to do recovery work, and what to eat and when. He would answer all my questions and gave me lot of input to help me reach my goals. My lifting abilities went up enormously. I never knew that as a girl I could lift so much weight and not get huge.  All the lifting, jumping and sprinting was great, but would I perform better come track season?  The answer was a definitive yes!  I ran personal bests in every event (200,400 and relays) but the most surprising thing was that I was also now a great 100-meter runner.  It is one year later and I am accepting college offers for both soccer and track and I still follow Alan’s online training, it is the best thing you can do for yourself.

A year and a half ago I was down on myself and unsure I would ever play sports again.  I had just been cut from the sophomore basketball team, which in my school, means you will never make it again.  I stumbled onto Alan’s site and figured I would give the online training a shot.  I figured I had nothing to loose.  Over the next three months I trusted Alan’s expertise and followed everything he told me to a T.  I had what must have seemed like a thousand questions for Alan and he answered all of them in speedy fashion.  I have gone from a 6” 156 pound weakling to a 6’1” 185 pound starting point guard on the varsity.  Once a slow and weak player, I am now known as the explosive point guard with the quick first step.  Oh yeah and I can dunk now too.  Alan’s nutritional advice also took my game to the next level.  I know what to eat and when to eat it, especially before and after games and the recovery protocols that he put me on, made me feel fresh for every game.  Alan also inquired what my strengths and weaknesses as a player were and through his knowledge of basketball, put me threw the right drills.  Alan seemed to have every answer to all the questions and I am forever grateful.  After the first three months of training with Alan I went at it alone from the knowledge he provided me and now, as a treat to myself, I go back to Alan’s online training every other month to keep me sharp.  Now my biggest worry is what college I should play for!

It had been a goal of mine for as long as I can remember to bench press 315 pounds, but at the age of 31 and the way my shoulders ached so much I wondered if I would ever be able to do it.  I ran across some posts that Alan made in a chat forum and I contacted him.  He had me send pictures of my posture along with my bench press form and a few others.  Alan was able to find major flaws in my bench press that I never knew were there.  He also identified huge imbalances I had, that I had no idea about.  I just finished my second power-lifting meet where I put up 365 pounds………raw!  Not only am I benching more weight, but I now know the importance of a proper warm up, regeneration and working my entire body to rid it of imbalances.  I also cleaned up my diet thanks to the diet plan Alan made and dropped 36 lbs of pure fat!  I am now shooting for 400 lbs in the 220 lb weight class and with Alan’s help, I have no doubt I destroy it!
